My grandfather passed on tuesday morning at 2am - if you get a chance read the post below that I wrote about him and my grandmother.
I am sad, but happy for him because he is reunited with my grandmother, and once again happy.
I always felt my eyes were my best feature - I don't know how sexy they are with tears in them, but I tried!

oh, hon, i just want to give you a great big hug and wipe away your tears...i know how that feels...i lost my father in november...it was the hardest thing to go through...

I lost my best mentor and friend last October and it still hurts at times.

You do have gorgeous eyes. Even with tears in them they are still quite nice.
I am sorry to hear about your grandfather. Death is such an odd thing. You get so sad and hurt by them being gone but often feel happy about it in some way, such as happy they are reunited with a loved on again as you believe.

I'm sorry for your loss, but so happy for you that you had such wonderful influences in your life. Your grandparents sound like amazing people - would that we had more of them in the world!

i hope time heals the pain, but doesnt erase the memories.
my hubby can say it in italian, and he told me once, but i can't remember, so ill say it in english: the spirit is put on this earth to watch their loved ones. When their work on earth is done, God calls them home to continue the lookout from above.
He's not gone, and she's not gone, theyre just watching out for the rest of you from the next stage. i know words can't make it better, but i hope they help.

What a beautiful and heartfelt way to mark the passing of your grandfather with this photo theme. Though this is a sad time and I am so sorry for the recent losses you've had to endure, there is something so authentic and real about the way you express yourself that is ultimately very healing...and believe it or not, your message of healing reaches across many, many levels.
Be good to yourself in these coming days. You've had a lot to deal with lately. Know you and yours are in my thoughts.
